It does not just want to lights up your room, the marketing team of Mountain Dew Malaysia decided to up lights up Kuala Lumpur city by setting up a lightning on landmark buildings. It give a chill how much marketing cost they have spent in order to make an awareness on their newest product.

It really cool to see a new carbonated soft drink taking over in term of marketing strategy over Coca-Cola and Pepsi. Mountain Dew original flavor is sweet citrus/lemon flavor.

Will Mountain Dew take the number 1 spot in carbonated soft drink business ? Certainly in the marketing side, they done a pretty good job and deserve a right spot in carbonated soft drink business.

Coca-cola Zero literally means no sugar in it, but still same taste.

You will have a tough decision to make between the original red Coca-Cola or Coca-Cola Zero. Put my experience at stake about the red Coca-cola, more bubble and the taste of sugar is long lasting in the mouth.

As for the Coca-Cola Zero, still magically taste the same without sugar as shown at the back of description (no image provided). The truth is not much bubble and the taste is unusual fade away in the mouth.

Now you have no more reason do not drink a cup of Coca-Cola if you are concerned about sugar level in your body. This is absolute free of sugar !

Recently, there was a guy acted as a staff in one of the Golden Screen Cinema serving Coca-cola Zero but disguise it as the original red Coca-cola. In the end of the video, this guy in red shirt exposed to the audiences that the taste of Coca-cola Zero and Coca-cola Red is almost identical. Most of the audiences are surprised as they could not differentiate them.

For your information, Coca-cola Zero is manufactured in Singapore.

Air-conditioned restaurant serving mostly customer who want to have decent meal served with fried deliciously-marinated chicken. There is another Singapore Chicken Rice restaurant situated at Karamunsing shopping mall.

Fast Food Restaurant based in Sabah. 

Situated at corner of a mall near the street of Asia city. Being the first Borenos restaurant opened up on 9 March 2015. Local community are encouraged supporting the effort of daring entrepreneurship as maybe one day Borenos will be an international fast food player offering millions a chance to taste Sabah farm fresh delicious fried chicken.  




Review on this meal rating given is 5/5. The marsh potato is overwhelmed with delicious mouthwatering cream. Anyways, it is better if can be much more salty. Moreover, I think it too good to be true asking for more chicken pieces. As for the coleslaw, ice lemon tea, cucumber are quality and fine foods.

Unlike any other fast-food restaurant concept, Borenos staff preferred serving it by bringing order to table. Customer should pay first and take table number stand.

Besides, Borenos restaurant is always promoting Sabah interesting places by playing video on its wide LED TV screen.

The shop titled as Jia Xiang (Mandarin) or Ka Hiong (Cantonese). 

The best and only one in Sabah. They should have branches at various countries. The meatball is quite nice too. The unforgettable crunchy onion and deep-fried pork oil in a hardened cube shape. No resist it unless you are a vegetarian or due to religious belief.

The half-boiled soup with vegetable is used to keep the pork warm while one enjoying the soya sauce noodle. It is a brilliant and wise combination and unlike dry mixed noodle.




3 layer tea is another trending beverage. Do not know should or should not stir it up. When one stir it up the only color on utmost top covered the bottom.

Big Apple Donuts feel the dough

Still remember first bite on Big Apple's donuts. The feeling was nothing ever experienced before. Super yummy and the softness amazed me. The first bite was an eye-opening emotion.


Never really knew that Big apple signature donuts is "alien". Should try it some day later.


It is so far the most pricey donut I ever eaten in my whole life. A good place to hang out too.

A strategic place opening up SugarBun restaurant

A fully renovated or refurbished Sugarbun now open for business. Order and support homegrown fast food restaurant. The quality and tastiness is unrivaled. Besides, This Sugarbun outlet opened at the middle of most vibrant place during the night at popular Gaya Street where the foreigners staying nearby gathered.







3 layer tea and mouth-watering aroma rice with marinated chicken that really brighten up the day.






A closer look and non-aerial shot, I believe you are now hungry. It worth your time and money if you have yet taste it with your tongue. Our first homegrown fast food restaurant has been in the business for more than 30 years.


However, it seem like SugarBun still require large market share in Malaysia in order to combat rising cost of food and invest more in creating more delicious menu. I have seen some SugarBun outlets closed its door it might be due to problem in sustaining business expenditure.





It will be another atmosphere as the day get darker. The sun is still shining bright at Gaya Street Sugarbun outlet. Most of the frequent patrons are still preparing to come out.

A bowl of Salad and chicken with tasty sauce one of the best combination ever

I always wanted to try Kenny Rogers recipe. The sauce is just pretty nice coupled with delicious salad really suits it name "Balance Duo".


The size of the chicken is bigger than you think and see in the image. You might get more bites than McDonald's or KFC drumsticks that is a truth. Although it does not come cheap compared to them but it is a good and must-try restaurant. I assume the price is RM13.00 ++


Do you know that Kenny Rogers is now owned by Berjaya group ? Kenny Rogers Roasters was an American company but now only available in Asia particularly, Malaysia.

Ochado Roast Milk Tea and Ochado's Japanese rice

Ochado Roast Milk Tea does contains unique taste. The price for one cup is RM5.90 ranked as the most favorable Ochado's drink. One of its competitors in Sabah are ZenQ and Yoyo. Although there was a milk tea branch Chatime in Sabah, that will not do any differences because Chatime are only popular at West Malaysia.




If you order one ice Milo or ice Nescafe, it already something like RM2.70 at Gaya Street's restaurant before the implementation of GST in April 2015. Drinking Ochado means you are drinking two ice Nescafe. Will the common restaurants in Sabah selling drinks same price as Ochado ?? That is some interesting topic because you needs to know that GST would be implemented next year.


Should restaurant's Nescafe price increasing next year, it better for most of us drink a cup of Nescafe before leaving home. The truth is that most of us would not know whether or not it was overpriced. We know that the demands from tourists are soaring high according to yearly chart released by federal or state government. Some said the restaurant price were to cater the affluence travelers to Sabah. How about the local community ??






The current no 1 milk tea at Ochado Suria Sabah is Ochado Roasted milk tea flavor. Personally think that it has this smell of something burned.






If I remember correctly, this must be Sunday afternoon. There were no seats available. One will need to wait at another corner to wait drink to be served. You are to pay it first and wait later for your food to come.
