OPPO Piala Malaysia 2014 Semi-Final to be held on October 25, 2014

Malaysia cup 2014 is gaining huge attentions it was not about the soccer squad or anything but when their supporters decided to put up a show that will create havoc in the stadium. It was so large-scale and emotional impacting when supporters of a team lost the match plus when the winning team was booing the loser side's supporters it will be a lost control situation. Imagine the crowd of full-house stadium there was news that Stadium tickets were not enough to cater the masses who wanted to witness the grand match. So, they just wait at outside till the guard off-duty they will jump into stadium for a glance of the match.

In an expected event,  Felda United training was disturbed by JDT fans deemed to be fanatic group of soccer fans. JDT will go against Felda United tonight at JDT's own soccer field. The fanatic JDT fans go to the extend that holding banner " No Way Out" or even there was a censored word "Hell".

At Padang Seri Galam, a new winner will be emerged for final match of Malaysia cup 2014. Who do you think will win the match JDT or Felda United ?? As for the first match of semi-final between Pahang and Kedah, the match turned out to be overwhelmed by Pahang soccer squad at the score of 5 - 0. Kedah did not managed to secure even a goal.

Oppo sponsored Malaysia cup 2014

Oppo is on spending spree for advertisements in order to mass attention

It used to be only Piala Malaysia 2014 but now it changed to OPPO Piala Malaysia 2014. It must means something I think Oppo is using this opportunity for part of its marketing strategies as long-term business and capturing smartphone market share in Malaysia.

The smartphone brand based in China is one of the most advertised smartphone brand either in China or Malaysia. I have noticed that Oppo is everywhere manifesting at Shopping malls or even local cable TV shows. Turn on TV3 news on 8PM, you will see Oppo advertisement there.

Piala Malaysia 2014 is gaining momentum as advancing to final match will see strongest two soccer squada competing each other. In the meantime, Oppo unlike any other smartphone brands, took the bold steps in sponsoring the grand sport event. The figure remains unknown but it must be a huge figures.

If you are soccer fans, you are most likely to notice those sideline advertisement boards around the soccer field. Oppo seem to have more than 2 sideline advertisement boards compared to other only 1. Besides, Oppo held a contest for any Malaysian who wish to join and win some tickets for final match of Malaysia cup 2014.

Review Maggi Royale Penang Seafood Curry Flavor

Robert's Google+

The most advertised Maggi instant noodle flavor in Malaysia 2014

Maggi Royale Penang Seafood Curry Malaysia

They get it what Malaysian like to eat. Penang curry flavor instant noodle grows like a mushroom in a rain. Maggi, one of the oldest, top and most recognized instant noodle brand in Malaysia introduced not-so-surprised "Penang Seafood Curry flavor"

Everything has a beginning they could have get the inspiration from Mykuali Penang White Curry noodle. It was not saying they copy it from them but Mykuali in my opnion could be one of the pioneer in this flavor. Reminiscing the desire to taste what it like Penang curry flavor because not everyone has traveled to Penang and eat it iconic food.

Besides, unlike the common packaging by Maggi which is always 5 x 75g, they adopted the same packaging as Mykuali to use only 4 x91g instead. You would notice it slightly larger in size but the quantity has been reduced to 4 packets only.

I do not know you guys appetite but I had cooked two packets in order to satisfy my hungry. In this case, I would think twice to have two packets because they has increased 20 grams than normal 75g per packet.

Maggi Royale Penang Seafood Curry

  • Product            : Maggi
  • Calories           : 416 KCAL, 52g Carb, 7g Protein, 19g Fat
  • Net Weight      : 91g x4 packets
  • Status               : Halal , Made in Malaysia
  • Manufacturer : Nestle Products Sdn Bhd
  • Flavor              : Penang Seafood Curry
  • Value               : RM 7.99
  • Website           : http://www.maggi.com.my/MaggiRoyale/Pages/landing.aspx

Generally, I would say Maggi does have greater taste. Previously, they rolled out the Maggi goreng flavor, one of the best could outperform any other Maggi goreng in Malaysia. Now, they took initiative to get people buying their new flavor which is Penang Seafood curry flavor I guess to compete and retains some market share in instant noodle business. It worth to mention that they seem to have upgraded its instant noodle quality. It called "Maggi Royale" What a blessing day indeed !!

You will regret if you did not try this. As for the price for one big packet contains 4, it sells over RM7 definitely. I bought it at RM 7.99. It has been launched several months ago now it reached to East Malaysia where I have enjoyed it myself.

Heroes of the Storm Invitation extended to Malaysia

Malaysian receives invitation to play Blizzard MOBA Heroes of the Storm

Blizzard approval testing Heroes of the Storm Alpha
You are required to login first Blizzard account then click the "Download Now"

Barely remember when was the day applying to play Heroes of the Storm. It should have been 6 to 7 months waiting.  Downloading it the next day received this e-mail from Blizzard. Firstly, you would need Blizzard account in order to queue up for alpha testing Heroes of the Storm.

It not really a huge file merely 2GB or more occupying your hard disk space. The best part is one could play the game instantly even though the game was not fully downloaded. Although it under alpha testing period, there are sizable of heroes to try out.

"Play" option pop out although the game is not fully downloaded

If you ever receive an invitation from Blizzard to try out Heroes of the Storm, it better to do it now because they are finding more players to test the game of any major bugs they have been spreading the message through social media. I am from Southeast Asia country and there is a dedicated server for it. It something like "America & Southeast Asia" server. Do not choose the "Asia" as I have tried it and it not a better option though. With that server, your gaming experience with Heroes of the Storm improved tremendously.

Choosing "Asia" option is tempting but every time there were many times of lost connection when clashes happened in-game. It even worst when clashes of 5 heroes one totally lag all the way. You would not know which enemy heroes attacked you or you would not know how you died run out of HP.

As you can see above image, you are 2 clicks away to play with other players. There are many modes but the most significant are "Versus" and "Cooperation". "Versus" is an optional mode to fight with other players, whereas, "Cooperation" 5 players against Artificial Intelligent (A.I).  You could invite your friends to the battle.

Golds will be collected when one completing daily quests, level up and finish a match. It important to raise level to 12 as it will unlocking few heroes to play. As you can see image above, I am level 3 currently. Besides, golds is utilized to buy new favorite heroes although there were heroes rotation every week.

It is not cheap to unlock new heroes. A winning match in Versus mode contributing 30 golds to your gold vault  If you buy let say the panda "Chen" unlocking needs 10,000 golds you are required to play many rounds of matches, quests completion and level up. Alternatively, you could spend real money to unlock them too.

If you ask me about how addictive the game, I would say it is pretty good indeed. There are plenty of heroes to try. So far, I have tried less than 10 characters. One of my favorite would be Sanya or the guitar guys.

Unlike Dota 2 or HoN or League of Legends, this game is completely designed differ from other MOBA. There were no items to boost character attributes. One of the most obvious and distinctive will be the duration of each game was shorten to 20 minutes or lesser. One will easily wipe out enemy base in less than 20 minutes.

Moreover, Heroes of the Storm focusing on uniquely themed maps. you will be surprised there are 5 attractive maps to be played. Each maps are unique. For example, Haunted mines, Cursed Hollow, Dragon Shire, Blackheart's Bay and Garden of Terror.

Notably, in order to win the game entirely dependent teamwork to finish the map's requirement. As for Dragon Shire map, one requires to unleash the dragon by controlling two towers simultaneously enemy will always try to fight you preventing you to control the tower. Furthermore, in Garden of Terror map, one is required to collect seeds as much as possible to awaken giant plant to crush enemy bases. As for other maps, it is better for you find it out.

Robert's Google+

Source exposed Apple newest flagship smartphone is available next month.

Prior to the launching, big mobile service provider such as Maxis, Digi and Celcom probably will give a hint. They could not hold the excitement for themselves. Based on the previous experience, Apple would usually announce it official launching in Malaysia after 2 months of the announcement. Guess who has the same mind, Digi acts swiftly changing it main page design allowing interested IPhone 6 customers to pre-order IPhone 6 and IPhone 6 plus at its site.

As predicted, there will be no Apple Iphone 6 vs Samsung note 4 just yet. The biggest smartphone rivalry in Malaysia this month will be Huawei Honor 6 vs Samsung Note 4 .

It seem like Digi and Celcom are first to spread the date of the launching of Apple IPhone 6 and IPhone 6 plus. The message is shared to many as they took initiative to spread it to their millions of fans in social media.

This will mark the ending of rampant selling of unofficial IPhone 6 and IPhone 6 plus. It was believed an sizable amounts of unofficial IPhone 6 sold to Malaysian who willing to bear the risk of defects and no warranty. So far, none of serious cases brought up by them of defected IPhone 6. Without any complains whatsoever, it could proves that Malaysia retailers are selling good quality and original IPhone 6 and IPhone 6 plus before official launching.

Although the date has been released, no one could confirm the retail price. It seem like retailers are prepared to sell it at the price range of RM2500 - RM3500 varies according to specification such as size of internal storage. Some of them offered free gifts and discount codes in order to satisfy demanding customers. While waiting for the official launching date which is November 7, 2014. Let take a look for yourself retailers selling Apple Iphone 6 online prior to official launching at IPhone 6 16GB

KFC and McDonald's Fried Chicken

Robert's Google+

They do not taste the same. McDonald's fried chicken breast might be smaller but it meat quantity is as many as KFC fried chicken breast. Besides, McDonald fried chicken texture is slightly red in color on the surface. 2 pieces of Ale Carte McDonald's fried chicken cost more or less RM8.00+.

One should try McDonald's fried chicken because it does not taste like KFC. It is a good thing though. Don you want to know what is the taste and I would say it is distinctively nice.
